Back to part 1
First of all sorry about the delay in getting part 2 on the web! I made the mistake of going on holiday a couple of weeks ago and have come back to a monsterous work load! None the less I have been racing and I have found time to process the next set of photos from my T4 build.
This time I start to assemble the chassis as a whole. The custom anodized parts start to go in place and things start coming together.
As with part 1 I'll let the photos do the talking.
Now lets go to part 3 here

The wishbones needed a little reaming before they moved freely.
I had to fit the steering assembly a few times loosening the screws that hold the alloy part to the plastic arms until they moved freely throughout the whole steering motion.
The anti roll bars aren't very adjustable. XRAY say to make the bar flat to get even action on each side. I find making it flat impossible! I will probably fit small turnbuckles to adjust them in the future.
